If a child is in immediate danger, call the emergency number 112 (or your local emergency number) before doing anything else.

Telepon is an AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) messenger developed by SAAC sp. z o.o. This page sets out our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). They apply to everyone who uses Telepon — both the Telepon app for caregivers and the Telepon app for the people they support.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE

Telepon has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. It is strictly prohibited to use Telepon to:

create, upload, send, store or share child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, drawings, pictograms or AI-generated content
groom a child — contact a child in order to build trust for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation
sexually extort a child (sextortion) or threaten to share intimate images
sexualise a child in any way, including through messages, profile pictures or names
promote, facilitate or arrange the trafficking or sexual exploitation of children

Any account involved in such activity is removed and the matter is reported to the authorities (see section 4).

2. How to report

If you see content or behaviour in Telepon that may put a child at risk, report it:

In the app — you can report a specific message or a specific person directly from the Telepon app. Reports go straight to our team.
Safety screen — the Safety screen in the app's settings contains our contact details and child helpline numbers.
By email — write to dev@saac.pro. If possible, describe what happened, when, and which account or conversation it concerns. Please do not attach images that may contain CSAM — describe them instead.

You can also leave a group at any time and delete your account from the app's settings.

3. What we do when we receive a report

We review child safety reports as a priority, ahead of all other reports, and without undue delay.
We remove CSAM and any other content that violates these standards as soon as we become aware of it.
We block or delete the accounts responsible.
We preserve the information required by law so that it can be passed to law enforcement.
We do not disclose the identity of the person who submitted the report to the reported user.

4. Cooperation with authorities

SAAC sp. z o.o. is based in Poland and complies with Polish and European Union law on child protection. We report child sexual abuse material and suspected child sexual exploitation to:

Dyżurnet.pl — the Polish hotline for illegal online content, run by NASK and part of the INHOPE network
the Polish Police and the prosecutor's office

We respond to lawful requests from law enforcement authorities.
